The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation's Gift Planning Professional Advisory Councils are comprised of seasoned professionals who volunteer their time and expertise to educate donors and their advisors about the mission of the CHP 11-99 Foundation and mutually beneficial gift planning opportunities.  Professional Advisory Council (PAC) members also assist the members of the 11-99 Foundation's Board of Directors and staff by identifying and providing advice and access to the professional services and expertise necessary for the successful implementation and achievement of the Foundation's strategic decisions and goals.
