In the radio code used by California Highway Patrol dispatchers and Officers, 11-99 means Officer needs assistance.  The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation was created to provide assistance to CHP employees and the members of their families.  Our mission is simple, important and profound--the Foundation is devoted to the welfare of CHP employees and their families.
